Olivia Bender is a Marshall native, coming from a multi-generational farming family in West Union. She spent her childhood following her grandparents, learning invaluable life lessons—wisdom from her WWII Army veteran grandfather Fred, a love of reading from her grandmother Caroline, the art of negotiation from her grandmother Martha, and was taught the best way to deviate from a good plan by her grandfather Joe.

 

With a decade of customer service experience and countless hours spent with older generations, Olivia has a unique ability to connect with people of all ages. Whether it's a first-time buyer or someone downsizing in their golden years, she naturally relates to anyone in need of guidance. Getting her real estate license in 2023 felt like a natural step—her family would say she should’ve done it years ago. She hit the ground running, soaking up knowledge and laying the groundwork to become one of Marshall’s rising real estate professionals.

 

Inspired by her father Eric’s "can-do" attitude and her mother Leigh’s deep compassion, Olivia stays motivated to ensure every client has a positive and informed experience in their real estate journey.
