I began my real estate career in 1997, drawn to the idea of a flexible schedule that would allow me to balance work and family. Like many working parents, I quickly realized that flexibility often means working whenever the job demands it. Fortunately, I had the support of my mother-in-law and business partner, who helped carry the load in those early years — especially during evenings and weekends — while my children were young.

As time went on, I became more involved in the day-to-day operations, earned my managing broker’s license, and eventually became the sole owner of Crossroads Realty. Since then, we’ve grown from a two-person team to a group of six licensed professionals. I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built — knowledgeable, experienced, and client-focused individuals who take the time to understand each client’s goals and guide them through one of life’s most important decisions.

Buying and selling real estate may appear transactional on the surface, but it’s far more personal. We specialize in Residential, Multi-Family, Land (both recreational and productive), and Commercial properties in the rural communities we know and love.

Outside of real estate, I’m proud to share that my children are now grown with families of their own. I’m “Lolli” to three wonderful grandchildren — Fletcher, Fallon, and Brooks — and I consider that the best title I’ve ever held.
